📋 Description

• Own the GTM reporting framework, KPI definitions, and analytics governance.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and data mappings.
• Act as Product Owner for reporting and analytics, managing backlogs and stakeholders.
• Design and oversee scalable Power BI reports built on governed datasets.
• Define data models, KPIs, and visuals for executive decisions.
• Set GTM data governance across leads, accounts, and opportunities; monitor quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue Ops/Sales Ops/Marketing Ops/BI in SaaS.
• 5+ years designing automated Power BI dashboards.
• Expertise in SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise reporting.
• KPI design, dimensional modeling, governance, data lineage.
• GTM processes: demand gen, pipeline, forecasting, lifecycle.
• Experience gathering requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
