Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the GTM reporting framework, KPI definitions, and analytics governance.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements, data mappings, and docs.
• Act as Product Owner for reporting backlogs and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and oversee scalable Power BI reports built on governed datasets.
• Define data models, KPIs, and visualization standards for exec decisions.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data Eng teams to ensure end-to-end data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue/ Sales/ Marketing Ops or BI in SaaS.
• 5+ years designing, developing automated Power BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL, DAX, Databricks, and Power BI expertise.
• KPI design, dimensional modeling, governance, and data lineage.
• Experience gathering requirements; writing user stories and specs.
• Familiar with GTM processes; Clari/Outreach/HubSpot a plus.
