📋 Description

• Own the GTM reporting framework, KPI definitions and governance.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements, data mappings, and docs.
• Act as Product Owner for reporting and analytics; manage backlogs and stakeholders.
• Design and oversee scalable Power BI reports on governed datasets.
• Define data models, KPIs, and visualization standards for exec decisions.
• Govern GTM data across leads, accounts, opportunities, lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Ops or BI in SaaS.
• 5+ years designing automated Power BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise reporting.
• KPI design, dimensional modeling, governance, data lineage.
• GTM processes: demand gen, pipeline, forecasting, lifecycle, exec reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements; user stories, mappings, acceptance criteria.
