Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the GTM reporting framework, KPI definitions, analytics governance.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements, user stories, data mappings.
• Act as Product Owner for reporting and analytics; manage backlogs and stakeholders.
• Design and oversee scalable Power BI reporting on governed datasets.
• Define data models, reporting structures, KPIs, and visualization standards.
• Establish governance standards for GTM data across leads, accounts, opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Ops, BI or GTM roles in SaaS.
• 5+ years designing, building, maintaining automated Power BI dashboards.
• SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise reporting environments.
• KPI design, dimensional data modeling, governance, data lineage, analytics best practices.
• GTM processes incl. demand generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and lifecycle.
• Gathers business requirements; produces user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings.
