📋 Description

• Own the GTM reporting framework: KPI definitions and governance.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and data mappings.
• Act as Product Owner for reporting: manage backlog and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and oversee Power BI solutions on governed datasets.
• Define data models, KPIs, and visualization standards for exec decisions.
• Establish GTM data governance across leads, accounts, lifecycle, and activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue, Sales, Marketing Ops or SaaS GTM roles.
• 5+ years designing automated Power BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI in enterprise environments.
• KPI design, dimensional data modeling, governance, data lineage, analytics.
• GTM processes: demand gen, pipeline, forecasting, opportunities, lifecycle.
• Experience gathering requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria.
