Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the GTM reporting framework, KPI definitions, governance and standards.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements, user stories, data mappings.
• Act as Product Owner for reporting/analytics, managing backlogs and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and oversee scalable Power BI reporting on governed datasets.
• Define data models, KPIs, and visualization standards for executive decision-making.
• Establish governance standards for GTM data across leads, accounts, opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Ops, BI, or GTM roles in SaaS.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and maintaining automated Power BI dashboards.
• Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise reporting.
• Deep KPI design, dimensional modeling, governance, and data lineage.
• Knowledge of GTM processes: demand gen, pipeline, forecasting.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing user stories.
