Senior GTM Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GTM recruiting across technical and business functions.
• Build and nurture pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, Meetups.
• Map target accounts, competitors, and niche cyber talent pools.
• Partner with sales leadership to scale enterprise sales, AE/SE, leadership.
• Run kickoff meetings and partner with hiring managers; align with goals.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate journey from outreach to offer close.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting, agency and in-house, cybersecurity or software.
• Own end-to-end GTM recruiting load—intake, sourcing, screening, close.
• Strong sourcing: build target lists, engage passive talent.
• Proven track record hiring enterprise/field sales in B2B SaaS (AEs, SEs, leadership).
• Comfortable in startups; ramp quickly on complex technical domains.
• Naturally curious, resourceful, energized by hard-to-find talent.
