Senior GTM Recruiter (6-month FTC)

📋 Description

• Find and attract the world's best talent for our clients
• Use deep sourcing to find passive candidates via LinkedIn and other methods
• Embed with one client at a time to understand their culture
• Partner with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of talent practice
• Recruit across GTM roles such as Sales and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years GTM recruitment in fast-paced environments
• Ideally 1+ year in-house recruitment experience
• Strong stakeholder management, esp. with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
