Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM functions, from search kickoff through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
Build and maintain high-quality pipelines, including passive candidates
Screen candidates against competencies and present calibrated slates
Manage interview process end to end
Structure and negotiate offers with Compensation and People teams

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting go-to-market and/or technical roles
Experience in high-growth environments
Ability to support multiple functions or role types
Track record of closing competitive candidates
Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers
Proactive sourcing capabilities
