📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage top GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, CS, and GTM Ops.
• Conduct market research to identify high-impact GTM candidates and companies.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS to build a strong pipeline.
• Assess candidates with structured interviews using GTM metrics across segments.
• Partner with GTM leaders to align hiring priorities and headcount plans.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from outreach to onboarding with fast GTM cadence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, GTM Ops).
• Strong knowledge of B2B GTM motions: outbound, pipeline, demand, lifecycle, RevOps.
• Ability to evaluate with metrics: quota attainment, pipeline, funnel, conversions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with GTM leaders.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing tools.
