Senior GTM Recruiter (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment across go-to-market functions, including Sales, Business
• Build proactive and targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean searches
• Source and close mid-market and enterprise Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives
• Partner with senior GTM leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, compensation
• Serve as a Greenhouse ATS power user, maintaining accurate candidate pipelines, configuring
• Evaluate candidates against commercial performance indicators such as quota attainment, deal

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with significant experience hiring across
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing mid-market and enterprise Account Executives, Sales
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, including job setup, interview plan
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales organizations, commercial metrics, quota attainment
• Proven ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates through
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior leaders, challenge
