Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack from lead gen to expansion.
Design workflows across the customer lifecycle; architect Salesforce and GTM systems.
Establish scalable governance, data standards, and GTM integrations.
Identify and implement AI automations to reduce manual work.
Design scalable processes across Marketing, Sales, CS, incl. lead management and forecasting.
Build dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making and funnel analysis.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Systems
Deep Salesforce and GTM tools; design and manage complex GTM ecosystems
Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and integrations at scale
Experience supporting sales and post-sale across the full lifecycle
Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable recommendations
Experience leveraging AI to improve operations and decision-making
