Senior Guideline Coding Analyst (6 month FTC)

📋 Description

• Reviewing and recoding investment compliance rules within the Charles River Investment Management
• Analysing investment guidelines and prioritising coding activities
• Logging and tracking data gaps, escalating issues where rules cannot be fully coded
• Performing validation testing to ensure outputs meet requirements
• Comparing strategic and legacy systems to identify gaps
• Collaborating with fund managers, traders, technology teams and vendors across locations

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in investment management with focus on investment compliance
• Experience with Charles River and/or State Street platforms
• Experience implementing/testing guideline rules and comparing solutions with legacy envs
• Strong understanding of data structures and system integrations for compliance monitoring
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and tech teams
• Experience in large-scale transformation/migration projects; Agile tools like Jira/Confluence
