Senior Hardware Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Plan, lead, implement, and debug SSD hardware designs end-to-end.
• Contribute to architecture, design, docs, validation, and sustaining.
• Drive interoperability testing across server/storage systems and SSDs.
• Diagnose and resolve HW issues with internal teams and partners.
• Apply deep knowledge of PCIe, DDR, NAND, SPI, and I2C.
• Evaluate tradeoffs in mechanical, thermal, power, and SI design.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in hardware design including schematic, layout, and component selection.
• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience on SSD hardware designs.
• Validating hardware at electrical, SI, protocol, and functional levels.
• Experience with high-speed oscilloscopes and differential probes.
• Strong scripting: Python, Bash, etc.
