Senior Hardware Engineer - Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Drive hardware bring-up, validation, deployment, and production support.
• Platform integration, performance characterization, and system-level debugging for hardware optimization.
• Hardware validation: evaluate and stress test server platforms under production workloads.
• Firmware & Fleet Enablement: BIOS/BMC firmware qualification, health monitoring, and tooling.
• Vendor & cross-functional collaboration: partner with vendors and infra teams to investigate failures.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years hardware engineering, system architecture, or infra validation.
• Education: BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Eng or equivalent.
• Technical Knowledge: Linux servers, data center tech, PCIe, NVMe, Ethernet/InfiniBand, memory subsystems.
• Testing Skills: Hands-on CPU, memory, storage, and high-speed networking testing in Linux.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• System Debugging: Debug via kernel logs, hardware registers, and traces; GPU architectures a plus.
