Senior Hardware Engineering Program Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate and plan all engineering milestones, development builds, and change requests
• Manage the overall program schedule and track progress against milestones
• Coordinate projects and interdependencies between tasks
• Drive deliverables and align across projects in the program
• Manage program budget and help drive project budget at project launch
• Manage and use resources across various projects to support the program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 4-8 years' experience leading complex hardware technology projects with aggressive schedules
• Experience leading the introduction of new technologies
• Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and industry trends
• Outstanding critical thinking and passion for conquering what may seem to be impossible
• Excellent leadership and social skills
