Senior Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Formulate test strategies; design and develop test plans for new and existing products.
• Analyze materials/data; conduct tests; troubleshoot; monitor performance.
• Develop new testing methods and improve existing ones.
• Train technicians and lab staff; direct testing activities.
• Conduct 8D root-cause analysis to drive CAPA across product lifecycle.
• Validate product readiness at EVT, DVT, MPQ and MP gates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years hands-on technical experience in related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with spoken and written English.
• Self-starter; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Proven leadership: team lead or interim manager experience.
• Demonstrated competence with engineering drawings.
