Senior Hardware Test Engineer - Actuation

📋 Description

• Own validation infrastructure for robotic actuation systems
• Define test strategies for servo-driven electromechanical systems
• Develop test systems for automation and validation of actuators
• Lead integration with manufacturing and MES data
• Drive bring-up, debugging, and release of test stations
• Support production ramp and continuous test process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on testing of servo-driven actuators or motion systems
• Strong understanding of servo control, motor drives, closed-loop feedback
• Experience with EtherCAT-based motion networks
• Experience deploying automated test systems for hardware products
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to production
• Cross-functional collaboration with hardware, controls, and manufacturing teams
