Senior HCM Analytics & BI Developer

📋 Description

• Develop Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) analyses and interactive dashboards that
• Build BI Publisher reports and templates supporting federal reporting requirements, including EHRI
• Create Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards with predictive analytics, trend analysis, workforce
• Configure HCM Extracts to support bulk data extraction for analytics pipelines, data warehouse
• Develop organizational chart visualizations and workforce exploration tools that help users
• Build ad hoc and self-service reporting capabilities that enable HR teams to create and explore

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline plus 10+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or comparable enterprise BI platforms.
• Strong SQL skills, including analytical queries against large-scale HR and HCM data models.
• Proven experience creating interactive dashboards with drill-down functionality, parameters
• Strong understanding of workforce analytics concepts, including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill
