Senior Health Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive TRL governance; maintain core TRL datasets.
• Evaluate and integrate new data sources into core schemas.
• Execute quality and cleansing workflows; ensure data quality.
• Investigate data anomalies and test planned/unplanned changes.
• Build dashboards to track data quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Developers on data pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years analyzing prescription and medical claims data.
• 4+ years in health data quality, profiling, and governance.
• Advanced SQL for querying, manipulating, and aggregating large relational databases.
• Knowledge of healthcare code sets: NDC, ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, LOINC, payer data.
• Data storytelling with Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) or dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, quantitative, or healthcare informatics, or equivalent.
