• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive health and safety experience, including demonstrated experience developing

• Proven ability to build health and safety policies, procedures, and programs from practical
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, risk identification, incident management, emergency
• Experience integrating ISO 45001 or comparable health and safety management system frameworks into
