📋 Description

• Own the Healthcare Employer Marketing workstream, including annual and quarterly priorities
• Develop and manage integrated employer go-to-market plans spanning targeted campaigns, field
• Define priority employer audiences, decision-makers, workforce challenges, value propositions
• Allocate marketing resources based on employer research, market opportunity, pipeline needs, field
• Lead marketing activation for priority healthcare employer pursuits, including research, messaging
• Establish standards and governance for employer-facing content and sales enablement, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Strategy
• At least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, business development
• Demonstrated experience independently owning a substantial B2B marketing, go-to-market, field
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to
• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, establishing priorities and
