• Execute from architecture to mass production.
• Design, prototype, and refine solutions.
• Interfacing with global suppliers to scale production.
• Identify design opportunities for quality, cost, and assembly.
• Develop production tooling and monitor production.
• Root cause and failure analysis on parts and products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 6+ years in engineering; 3+ years in interconnect design
• Cable/connector tests; EMI, routing
• Metallurgy, solid mechanics, material selection for contacts
• Connector selection; crimp quality; USCAR/IEC/IPC standards
• CAD: Zuken/NX; molding and CNC manufacturing
