Senior HPC Platform Hardware Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as hands-on technical lead for integrating HPC hardware into Lambda platforms.
• Drive end-to-end hardware NPI: bring-up, docs, vendor engagement, readiness, risk closure.
• Identify, debug, and resolve hardware issues across domains during NPI; support fleet issues.
• Partner with HPC architects to translate blueprints into hardware selections and configurations.
• Own the hardware platform through NPI; de-risk execution and ensure production on schedule.
• Collaborate with quality and fleet reliability during NPI and post-production to improve quality at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of technical lead experience on hardware NPI for HPC, data center, or cloud infra.
• Deep hands-on knowledge in AI/ML, general compute (x86/ARM), storage, or network switches.
• Strong background in electrical, thermal, mechanical, power, or reliability.
• Hands-on lab work to enable and bring up new hardware.
• Experience triaging and root-causing hardware issues during NPI and fleet.
• Experience with PLM systems and BOM structures.
