Senior HPC Systems Validation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own system integration validation for HPC AI/ML, compute, storage, and network hardware during NPI.
• Develop functional, stress, reliability, error-injection, and benchmark tests.
• Collaborate with HPC deployment, fleet, infra, and PMO teams for tooling automation and benchmarking.
• Manage firmware and software compatibility; track releases during NPI.
• Support RMA triage and root-cause analysis; improve reliability.
• Own lab setup and test infrastructure for repeatable hardware evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in hardware integration validation or fleet reliability.
• Deep knowledge of system integration testing and benchmarking (L10-L12).
• Experience validating AI/ML hardware, x86/ARM compute, storage or switches.
• Hands-on with vendor-led NPI cycles; drive validation and triage.
• Collaborates across architecture, hardware, datacenter, supply chain and vendor teams.
• Strong ownership and self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity.
• 10+ years in hardware validation; AI/ML infrastructure experience.
