📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define, document, and monitor KPIs aligned with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, including significant responsibility
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience with data visualization tools such as
• Strong HR technology experience, including solution design across core HRIS, recruiting, learning
• Demonstrated ability to define system requirements covering fields, data structures, workflows
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, including the ability to validate data, document
