Senior HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Customer & Sales.
• Partner on org design, workforce planning, territory coverage, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance/RevOps on headcount planning and sales comp design.
• Build HRBP playbooks, onboarding, ramp, and performance frameworks.
• Coach leaders on performance, feedback, and difficult conversations.
• Use people data to flag talent risk before it becomes a business issue.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR as HRBP/People Partner in high-growth SaaS/tech, ideally supporting revenue teams.
• Experience advising executive leaders across multiple functions.
• Deep fluency in GTM/Customer dynamics: quota, ramp, productivity, incentives, and territory models.
• Expertise in org design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, compensation, and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to scale HRBP/People Partner functions from early stages into mature teams.
