🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-5+ years HRBP in fast-paced high-growth environment; global a plus
• Strong understanding of AI use cases in operational orgs
• Ability to lead through reorganizations and global job reviews
• Ability to analyze data to influence business decisions
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
