📋 Description

• Support the local organization in building leadership capability and driving a performance culture.
• Execute the local HR agenda including compensation & benefits, talent & performance
• Develop and implement the local HR strategy and coordinate HR processes within the business segment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent.
• 5-8 years’ experience as HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
• Mastery of key HR processes, stakeholder management, and local labour laws.
• Experience in project management, MS Office, and HR tools; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to conduct employee surveys, develop action plans, and manage HR programs across plants.
