📋 Description

• Guide Bengaluru tech hub growth and foster a high-performance culture through talent development.
• Serve as strategic partner to senior leaders on people matters, including team engagement, org design, and leadership development.
• Coach and mentor senior team leads to maximize their teams' impact and scale.
• Lead talent planning, translating business strategy into actions for talent acquisition and leadership pipelines.
• Provide expert consultation for complex Employee Relations matters, safeguarding wellbeing and integrity.
• Collaborate with global HR Centers of Expertise to design and launch innovative HR initiatives that meet evolving business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• You possess 12+ years of progressive experience in a senior people partnering role covering the APAC region for most of that time.
• You have demonstrated a proven track record partnering with and influencing managers and leaders at all levels within high-growth, fast-paced companies.
• You are hands-on and can be effective as a senior individual contributor who can deliver independent projects, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• You have exceptional collaboration and prioritization skills, constantly seeking opportunities to simplify processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency.
• You have extensive experience supporting Engineering, Product and Operations teams, with understanding of their dynamics and strategic needs.
• You exhibit strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence, establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor across the organization.
