📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans
• Build deep business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders, acting as a
• Partner with senior leaders on the full spectrum of talent management: from performance enablement
• Lead and facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
• Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prescribe
• Champion change management initiatives to support evolving business structures and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including Business Partnering and experience working with
• Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses, with familiarity with
• Proven experience as a strategic HR leader for global, cross-cultural teams, with comfort
• A demonstrated track record of partnering with senior leaders on complex issues including
• A powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution - you can design the strategy and also
• Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage
