Senior HR Business Partner (Austin)

📋 Description

• Partner with R&D leaders on performance, org design, employee relations, and people strategy
• Advise on international ER and org changes under local law, and know when to bring in outside
• Help build our UK employment infrastructure with Legal and Finance: contracts, probation and notice
• Manage our EOR relationships (Deel, Rippling) and plan the path from EOR to direct employment in
• Track regulatory changes in the UK and our active EOR countries, including the Employment Rights
• Own performance, compensation cycles, promotions, and leveling for the pod with the HR Manager and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including employee relations, with meaningful UK and/or international
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and familiarity with EOR models and their limitations
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
• Comfort working independently across time zones, with early UK-hours overlap and occasional UK
• Detail-oriented enough to catch a contract or comp error before it ships, and strategic enough to
• Extremely collaborative, working closely with a US- and London-based team
