📋 Description

• Partner with Go-To-Market leaders across the Americas to align people plans.
• Manage the full lifecycle: onboarding, ER, performance, engagement, retention.
• Advise executives and managers with coaching on org and people matters.
• Lead talent planning, succession planning, and org design initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities and data-driven recommendations.
• Support culture-building, engagement, inclusion, and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR experience, SaaS/tech, HRBP background.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience supporting Go-To-Market teams (Sales, CS, Marketing).
• Ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder relations.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and Google Workspace.
