📋 Description

• Partner with people managers; point person for goals, reviews, engagement, and survey follow-up.
• Build and deploy manager training; own annual calendar and AI curriculum rollout.
• Steward goals and OKRs; own key results and tooling to track goal health.
• Navigate tough employee decisions; coach leaders on ER, org design, and headcount.
• Drive operational efficiency; automate recurring People rhythms with AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience, including HRBP and manager coaching.
• Broad expertise in business partnering, employee relations, performance, L&D, org design.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust with leaders.
• Comfort delivering in ambiguity; ships work in phases.
• Trusted advisor for hard conversations; maintains confidentiality and judgment.
• A smart generalist; fluent in partnering, ER, performance, L&D, org design, comp basics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
