📋 Description

• Build trusting relationships with leaders and proactively translate business priorities into people
• Facilitate talent reviews, performance management, engagement planning, organizational design and
• Guide leadership teams through growth, restructuring, and transitions, helping employees navigate
• Lead assessment and resolution of sensitive employee and performance issues and coach leaders to
• Advise on compensation, talent planning, and Sales incentive structures that drive business results.
• Leverage workforce analytics, business metrics, and sentiment trends to proactively diagnose risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP tenure in
• Proven history of building trust and driving alignment by coaching, influencing, and challenging
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret complex people data to inform critical talent
• A hands-on builder who can easily pivot from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Solid understanding of GTM structures, Sales compensation dynamics, and revenue-driving team
