Senior HR Generalist, Talent & Employee Experience

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from developing job descriptions and recruitment plans
• Partner with hiring managers to promote consistent, equitable, and effective recruitment and
• Guide managers throughout the hiring process and ensure candidates receive clear, timely, and
• Lead consistent onboarding and offboarding practices that support employee integration, engagement
• Manage employee lifecycle processes and HR data related to new hires, promotions, transfers, status
• Identify trends and opportunities related to employee experience, engagement, recognition

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively responsible human resources experience, with exposure to talent
• Demonstrated experience managing HR programs or processes from planning through implementation and
• Experience advising managers and employees on established HR policies, programs, and practices.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle
• Ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility, establish priorities, and consistently deliver
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across different teams
