Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations and outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and automation for Lifecycle team.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and other stakeholders for offboarding.
• Serve as escalation point for employee relations matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP.
• Strong experience managing exits with legal compliance.
• Knowledge of employee relations principles and discipline.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy; able to collaborate asynchronously.
• Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities.
