Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for international employees with focus on compliance.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support to clients and consultants.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations and settlements.
• Drive process improvements and automation within Lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate payroll, legal counsel, government bodies during offboarding.
• Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality of employee records.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist lifecycle exposure.
• Tertiary HR/labour relations/employment law qualifications considered a plus.
• Proven track record managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Understanding of ER principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus; tech-savvy and async capable.
