Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for Remote's external staff across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide on terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies with compliance.
• Lead client and external employee meetings on separations and negotiations.
• Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
• Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist HR across the lifecycle.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.
• Proven experience managing exits with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Interpret and apply labor instruments; solve problems and advise clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict management; lead difficult conversations.
