Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for external employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, and contracts with compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees on separations and terminations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• HR/labour relations/employment law qualifications a plus.
• Proven exits management (voluntary/involuntary) with compliance.
• Knowledge of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Ability to interpret HR instruments and advise in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• English business-level; extra languages a plus.
• Automation and AI capabilities; drive process improvements.
