Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers and contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for separations.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and stakeholders for compliant offboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate offboarding and ER.
• Support employee relations and confidentiality in handling workplace concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle coverage.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations or employment law a plus.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Understanding of ER principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to automate and adopt new HR tech; remote collaboration.
