Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide ER guidance on workplace concerns across clients
• Lead client and employee meetings during separations
• Drive process improvements and automation in Lifecycle
• Liaise with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders for compliant offboarding
• Ensure confidentiality and accurate record-keeping during exits

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist HR
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance
• Understanding of employee relations principles and investigations
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus
• Aptitude to innovate, automate and optimize processes
