Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage complex international exits with compliance and high-quality service.
• Guide termination, resignations, contracts, and redundancies across jurisdictions.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reductions and settlements.
• Influence outcomes in complex terminations while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and unions to ensure offboarding compliance.
• Draft and maintain termination documents with privacy controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the lifecycle.
• HR/labour law qualifications a plus.
• Proven handling voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Knowledge of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Ability to interpret labor instruments and advise on HR issues.
• Strong English; additional languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy with automation and AI fluency.
