Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers and contracts.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with external employees on separations.
• Drive process improvements, automation and AI-enabled lifecycle initiatives.
• Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies and unions to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the lifecycle.
• Tertiary HR, labour relations or employment law qualifications (plus).
• Proven exits experience with compliance (voluntary and involuntary).
• Understanding of employee relations, discipline and investigations.
• Ability to interpret regulations and advise in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and confidentiality.
