Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage complex end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with care.
• Guide terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts for compliance.
• Lead client and external employee meetings on separations and settlements.
• Influence positive outcomes in complex terminations with cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Tertiary HR qualifications considered a plus.
• Proven experience managing exits (voluntary and involuntary) with cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and translate into practical guidance.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
