📋 Description

• Manage complex end-to-end employee exits across jurisdictions
• Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts, and compliance
• Lead termination discussions and workforce reduction meetings
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies for compliance
• Draft termination documents with privacy and accuracy
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
• Proven track record managing exits with compliance
• Knowledge of employee relations principles and discipline
• Ability to interpret HR laws across jurisdictions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
