Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and settlements.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts; ensure compliance.
• Influence positive outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure offboarding compliance and audits.
• Draft termination and related documents with accuracy and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist HR across the full lifecycle.
• Proven exits experience (voluntary/involuntary) with legal compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong ER principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments; solve HR issues with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management; maintain confidentiality.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus; tech-savvy with automation/AI.
