Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Guide terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies with compliance.
• Independently lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations.
• Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations across stakeholders.
• Liaise with payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and unions for compliance.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Tertiary HR/labour relations/employment law degree a plus.
• Proven ability to manage voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Strong communication, influencing, conflict management.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
