🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the
• Strong background independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and provide practical solutions in
• Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills; capable of
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
