📋 Description

• Senior HR lifecycle role focused on exits and employee relations across APAC.
• Independent offboarding for external Remote employees with legal compliance.
• First-level Employee Relations support for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation aligned to Lifecycle goals.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, and other teams to ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of multiple jurisdictions and employment laws.
• Proven ability to independently manage voluntary/involuntary exits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Interested in automation/AI and process optimization.
